罗爱华，女，1968年生，中国湖北南漳人。现任武汉商学院图书馆流通部主任、副研究馆员。兼任湖北省非物质文化遗产研究中心特邀研究员。学术研究方向：历史文献与饮食文化、读者参考咨询服务。公开出版《简明中国茶文化》（合著）、《中国古代蒸菜100例》（合著）、《大学生论文写作基础》等，发表学术论文10余篇。

周圣弘，男，1963年生，中国湖北省洪湖市人。现任中国武汉商学院教授、中国茶文化与产业研究所所长、湖北省非物质文化遗产研究中心主任，兼任湖北省烹饪酒店行业协会顾问、湖北省杂文学会副会长。2019年入选“中国茶业领军人物百人计划”。《中国大百科全书•茶文学卷》主编。出版《接受诗学》《接受与批评》《中国茶文学的文化阐释》《简明中国茶文化》等著作20余部；主持省、市等各级各类课题30余项；发表学术论文100余篇。业余兼事文学创作，发表作品100余篇，出版散文自选集《家中的风景》和长篇小说《迟太阳》。

The Collected Works of Luo Aihua is divided into five parts: "Research on Zhu Xi's Poetry and Prose," "Research on Liu Yong and Liu Ci," "Interpretation of Modern and Contemporary Writers' Works," "Research on Library Reader Service and Others," and "Selected Works of Sina Blog." It collects 21 academic papers (including master's theses) written by researcher Luo Aihua (1968-2023) and 27 blog posts published in Sina Blog "Sleepy Wuyi Tea Worm.". The Collected Works of Luo Aihua presents the academic research landscape of Researcher Luo Aihua: rooted in the foundation of Chinese language and literature, focusing on the research of ancient and modern writers such as Zhu Xi, Liu Yong, Ba Jin, Cao Yu, Zhang Ailing, Tang Jifu, Chi Zijian, and Bi Feiyu, as well as the study of library reader services related to their work; The research methods include detailed interpretation of literary texts, quantitative analysis based on materials, and solid field investigations.
