Author Biography

  Tao Jingyu was born in August 1980. She is a female of Han ethnicity and hails from Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, China. She is a member of the Communist Party of China. Tao holds a master's degree and has a graduate-level education. She is a senior economist and currently works at the Economic Development Bureau of Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Her primary research areas focus on digital economy and regional economy. She has published multiple papers in esteemed journals, including Jiangsu Science and Technology Information, Jiangsu Business Review, China's Collective Economy, Enterprise Reform and Management, and China Business Review. In 2017, she was recognized as an "Outstanding Communist Party Member" by the Economic Development Bureau of Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone. In December 2019, she received the prestigious "Outstanding Worker of the Fourth National Economic Census in Jiangsu Province" award from the leadership team of the Fourth National Economic Census in Jiangsu Province. In December 2020, the Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province honored her with the title of "Advanced Individual in Provincial Development Zone Work" for the year 2020. Furthermore, in November 2021, she was acknowledged as a "Distinguished Individual for Exceptional Contributions to the Seventh National Population Census in Jiangsu Province" by the Office of the Leading Group for the Seventh National Population Census in Jiangsu Province. In both 2018 and 2021, the Wujiang District People's Government in Suzhou City presented her with the accolade of "Advanced Individual in Key Project Management Work." 陶静宇，1980年08月出生，女，汉族，中国江苏省江阴市人，中共党员，硕士学位、研究生学历，高级经济师；现就职于江苏省苏州市吴江经济技术开发区经济发展局；主要研究数字经济和区域经济，先后在《江苏科技信息》、《江苏商论》、《中国集体经济》、《企业改革与管理》、《中国商论》等期刊上发表多篇论文。2017年度被吴江经济技术开发区经发局授予“优秀共产党员”；2019年12月被江苏省第四次全国经济普查领导小组授予“江苏省第四次全国经济普查优秀工作者”；2020年12月被江苏省商务厅授予“2020年度全省开发区工作先进个人”；2021年11月被江苏省第七次全国人普查领导小组办公室授予“江苏省第七次全人普查工作成绩显著个人”；2018年度、2021年度被苏州市吴江区人民政府授予“重点项目管理工作先进个人”。
